We understand that finding the perfect product can take time. That's why we encourage you to use your new Dr. Johnny's products to ensure they meet your expectations. Wear them, use them, and wash them as much as you like. If you find the fit or performance still isn't right, simply contact us for a personal consultation to ensure you get the right product or size before initiating a return.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Products: All Dr. Johnny's products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Consultation: Before returning, we recommend reaching out for a personal fit consultation to find the perfect match.
- Socks: We understand that socks are a personal item. For hygiene reasons, we request that you only open, wash, and wear one pair if you have ordered multiple pairs.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to be reflected on your statement. Send us an email at customersupport@drjohnnys.com if you haven't received a refund after 1-2 billing cycles.
